Polyester acoustic fiber and recycled fabrics

Acoustic fibers are transformed in our workshops mainly for the automotive sector. Made with noble polyester fiber or from recycled bottles or with frayed fabrics partly from the recovery of used clothing, these acoustic fibers can be cut with or without an adhesive side.

Sound-absorbing fibers are rarely fully adhered due to the difficulty of peeling the liners. Service is achievable but will be more judiciously presented with welded edges. For standard parts with non-welded edges, it is possible to offer them with partial adhesive with reserves in the standard 20×20 version (20mm of adhesive alternated with 20mm without glue) This configuration allows easier peeling of the liner so as not to separate the fibers of matter.

A high-performance product at a reduced cost compared to conventional or agglomerated foam insulation but which requires more or less significant processing volumes.

We are at your disposal to evaluate the volumes and the technology that will best suit your needs.
