Expanded polyethylene (EPE) seals:
Mousse de polyéthylène sans film sur les deux faces du joint, c’est une mousse nue qui convient parfaitement pour réaliser une étanchéité économique.
Coextruded polyethylene (PE) seals:
Le liner est coextrudé en trois couches, il est composé d’une mousse centrale PE et d’un film PEBD sur chaque face. La matière étant coextrudée, les films sont indissociables de la mousse. Adapté à une grande majorité d’utilisation cosmétique et alimentaire.
Laminated polyethylene (PE) seals:
La base est réalisée avec une mousse en polyéthylène expansée extrudée (EPE) puis complexée avec deux films extrudés en PEHD ou PEBD soudés à chaud sur chaque face de la mousse en polyéthylène expansé (EPE). Adapté à une grande majorité d’utilisation cosmétique et alimentaire.
PET or PET-ALU or PTFE laminated polyethylene gaskets:
The base is made with an extruded EPE foam then complexed with two PET or PET-ALU or PTFE films. These films are generally used when the PE film is not sufficiently resistant or efficient.
Coextruded polypropylene (PP) gaskets:
The liner is coextruded in three layers, it is composed of a central PP foam and a PP film on each side. The material being coextruded, the films are inseparable from the foam. Suitable for a large majority of cosmetic and food uses. Ideal for offering a 100% recyclable solution with a cover and gasket entirely in PP.
