Water jet cutting for technical foam seals
F.SIKORSKI Industrie has waterjet cutting technology, an ideal solution without investment in tools.
From the production of prototypes, to single gaskets and even for small and medium series requiring great precision, water jet will be the suitable technology.
Cutting flat gaskets in foam and thick rubber is possible with the water jet.
The gasket is not deformed, cut will be straight with tight tolerances. The cutting finish on the edge of the joint can be refined at the expense of cutting time which will be much longer in order to reduce the presence of streaks.
